Owner runs on very slow margins. I got a call from him saying that he is rebranding the restaraunt. While the site is there I am charging only 100$ monthly. The owner is in debt with me hasn't paid me on full. I've been paid the first month 200$ which where revenue, second month 350/700, That puts me 150$ negative from google.
Updated Jul 12, 2026Leave the site, do not pay attention to business with low margins. This project felt like gambling. If a restaurant does not have enough money they should not run ads.
Updated Jul 12, 2026Couple of friends run in small margins that can’t and don’t want to risk a huge investment right away without seeing any results first. Integrating a dedicated website with emailing admin roles for displaying and managing offers, running google ads and taking a big role in the business administration portion. To one of my customers who recently bought a restaurant they went from empty weeks and days to having an acceptable and decent traffic that can allow them to live afloat. The stop investing in influencers and invest a huge portion into this system.
Updated Jun 24, 2026I need to wait know until they make a little more so we can allocate money into a budget and start collecting more user data. Traffic probably will decrease. This is a negative thing for this project. I am going to try keep charging 200 for the human in the loop to see.
